Let us know the vehicle’s registration, where it is parked and whether any key is still available. Tell us if you suspect the key was stolen, rather than misplaced.

We’ll check vehicle coverage, explain what is required and confirm the price and availability before coming out. Not every vehicle can be completed on site, so compatibility is checked first.

What happens at the vehicle?

We verify that you own or are authorised to use the vehicle. Where needed, we gain entry using a non-destructive approach wherever possible, then supply, cut and programme a compatible replacement.

Once the key is programmed, we check starting, locking and remote functions as applicable. The method and appointment length depend on the vehicle and its security system.

Can you remove a missing key?

For supported vehicles, missing keys can be removed from the vehicle’s electronic authorisation. Ask us to check what is possible for your model.

Electronic deletion does not necessarily stop a missing mechanical key from operating a door lock. If a key has been stolen, we’ll discuss that distinction and the available security options.
