Proof of authority

We may ask for photographic ID and evidence that you own or are authorised to use the vehicle. If your documents are inside, tell us when you call so we can discuss how to verify the situation.

Price and next steps

Vehicle entry typically costs £70–£100. Emergency call-outs carry a £60 surcharge. If the keys are lost rather than locked inside, you may need our all-keys-lost service as well.
