Please read this before arranging vehicle-entry, key or repair work.
Quotes and scope
Website prices are guides. We confirm the price and scope for your vehicle before attending. If inspection reveals a different issue or additional work, we explain it and agree any change before proceeding.
Emergency call-outs carry a £60 surcharge when agreed as part of the booking.
Appointments
No deposit is required to book. Appointment arrangements depend on vehicle compatibility, location and the work required. Please give accurate details and tell us promptly if the vehicle location or problem changes.
To change or cancel an appointment, use your booking confirmation or contact us as soon as possible.
Ownership and access
You must own the vehicle or be authorised to arrange the work. We may require photographic ID and evidence of ownership or authority, and may decline work if authority cannot be established.
Make sure the vehicle is accessible and that work is permitted at the location. Tell us about gates, car-park restrictions or other constraints in advance.
Keys, parts and limitations
Compatibility varies by vehicle and key type. Contact us before buying your own key or equipment. Customer-supplied items may not be suitable and are assessed before any agreed work.
Non-destructive entry is used wherever possible. We explain any known limitations of the proposed method before starting.
